Christmas party 2024
On Saturday, November 23, 2024, the management invited all employees and their partners to the annual Christmas party at the Schwiizerchalet in Schenkon. After a convivial aperitif outside by the warming fire, we went into the beautifully decorated wooden chalet, where we enjoyed an excellent 3-course menu.
The official part of the event began with speeches from the management. Ronald and Daniel Tschopp looked back on the past year and also mentioned a tragic moment that happened not long ago and touched everyone. On November 1, time stood still for a moment at the Tschopp company and there was great shock at what had happened and the extent of what could have happened. The dust explosion in the pellet plant moved everyone and showed us how important and valuable the employees (in front of, behind and at the machine) are. Machines can only work as well as we know them and seamless, complementary cooperation is the highest and most important asset here. With this in mind, the management and the division heads thanked all employees for their tireless efforts over the past year. Only together can we achieve the goals we have set ourselves, and in short speeches, the heads of division also looked back on the most important events in their departments and at the same time introduced the new employees who had joined the company this year. At the end of the official part of the event, we did not fail to say “THANK YOU” to the employees celebrating their anniversaries with a small gift for their loyalty to the company.
We ended the evening at the internal bar with good live music followed by a DJ. As always, it was a fantastic Christmas party with lots of great highlights.
